They started calling me about an acct from 8 yrs ago. They called my job and when I asked them to stop calling and hung up they proceeded to call repeatedly and then asked to speak with MY supervisor! I told him if he didn't quit calling I was going to press charges against him for harassment. They haven't called my job back but they do periodically keep calling my cell phone! They are extremely rude and disrespectful. At one point the man said to me "I'm going to teach you what it's like to pay your bills!" That's professinal!!
These people have been calling my in-laws, who live in FL and don't have anywhere near the same last name as me (my MIL is remarried so she does not have the same last name as my husband & I). They are asking for me, by my MAIDEN name. I've been married for 10 years, so anything they're trying to collect on is far past the statute of limitations (generally 7 years). I don't know how to get them to stop, it's maddening! And how did they get my in-laws in FL, when I live in MO?
They've started calling my work phone, dont know how they got it but leave threatening messages(which by law they aren't supposed to do). I'm not sure they have a license to be collecting debts anymore. Tell them that this is their last warning and you are reporting them to FTC for violations of Fair Credit Act.
They are beyond rude - they actually threatened me and hung up on me twice when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Told me there is no supervisor over him and its not Burger King, I don't get my way here! I am going to pursue legal action against them. And the guy dared to raise his voice at me. Unbelievable!
I received a rude call from this PR&Assocaites, spoke to some guy who was very rude, the message was threating . I advised him that I wasn't the female they were looking for since I'm a male!!! I ask home to remove me from their calling list... He was a smart mouth and said he would call everyday!!!!
News flash for him.... Call and the next time your call about me will be from the States AG office who in turn will also be filling a compliant with the FBI...!
I want these people shut down or prosecuted !
