Ignore. Total scam. They just robo call as many people as they can with the same message. Then they wait for people to respond. Then if they respond, that means the person is susceptible to more threats. Then they demand money to make the whole problem go away. Usually they want an untraceable Green Dot money Pak. It's just assembly-line scamming at this point.
I received the call a few weeks ago. I knew it was a scam because I am not behind on any debts, nor do I have anyone who has stated they were going to sue me. I also have a perfectly clean record as far as arrests, etc. They threatened a pretty boring elementary school teacher. However, I decided to call back to laugh and say they didn't scare me. The number is not accepting calls. SURPRISE!!!! Just ignore it. They never called back. People that are going to arrest or sue you don't leave messages on the phone. They serve you in person or send certified mail to your home.
Please don't give out your credit card, bank information, social security number, or address to any call of this kind!
