Caller id Pham Tam. Guy said he was from the American Council and was returning my call about doing work on my house which is bs. I live in a condo and I never give out that number to someone i want to call me back. Scam. had my name and address somehow.

Call came in around 10am (west) but no one acknowledged and then line went dead. Hit the redial and somehow it connected to a cell of someone I had phoned a week prior.
Today I dialed 714-600-4543 - greeting in a woman's voice says a telemarketing company is using her number to hide their location. sorry about that
