Caller id Pham Tam. Guy said he was from the American Council and was returning my call about doing work on my house which is bs. I live in a condo and I never give out that number to someone i want to call me back. Scam. had my name and address somehow.
Received a call from this number. Did not answer but had the ID Phan Tam. It is illegal to have a false ID but that does not matter couldn't find anyway.
