same as previous post - when I call back it says something like welcome to e-cosmo (it is hard to decipher)...and then you hear three beeps and disconnected.
I believe that it may be some type of service that people use to call other people blocked. So instead of the caller calling you blocked and the number NOT showing up they call from that service which provides a service and hang up.
I recieved same call two rings and hang up need to get these people from doing this .I also thnk they are trying to get cell phone numbers to see if active.
