Called, no one on other line, hung up. very frustrating

Called and left no message.  Called back and an answering machine with no acknowledgement of who called.  Referred to nomo.

If it's a person calling about wanting me to vote for them. GOOD LUCK I HELP CHILDREN STAY OUT IF FOSTER CARE AND TO BE PLACED IN BLOOD FAMILY Members. SO IF THIS PERSON IS WANTING MY VOTE BEST START TALKING ABOUT THE LAW OF CHILDREN BEING PLACED IN GRANDPARENTS HOME AND KEPT OUT OF FOSTER CARE.
Please no not one child can vote until they are over the age of 18. I represent children under the age of 18.
So remove my number and start talking about this large on going problem please with children being placed with non - blood relatives who are killed / horned / not being able to eat. To just bet to death,
