Received several voicemails requesting call back. Addressed to a Mrs Brown mostly, but one was addressed to a Mr n Mrs Larson or Lawson. None of which are me. I thought it was just a wrong number till they left a message for a different person.. Thanks for the posts. I will continue to screen the calls.
Called a family member of mine and asked to verify my address. I called the number back and he claimed to be a guy named Marshall Brown he knew a lot of my personal information and that he was going to send a suited officer over to sue me for a debt of $900 at US Bank. The address that he has for me is wrong so I even offered the correct one and he said wasn't even interested just wanted me to make a payment. The more questions I asked him the more angry he became. Very rude!! He told me "little girl you need to pay your bills" (lol) I called the bank with the account number he game me was invaild and advised me that it was probably fraud. I've called that number back repeatly since I had it out with him over the phone but am unable to reach anyone. Just a voicemail
Called my work and asked for me and my supervisor with a very rude way. Claimed to be a guy named marshall Brown as well. Didn't want to leave any message at all. Very rude rude manner. Calling people at their work place is illegal, threatening ppl is more illegal. I'm planning to find out detail info for his company and send them a letter to warn them to stop calling. Please Be aware of all your rights
Me too..he aske to call him m I ask his name he said Marshall..however I call him back and the voicemail said Robert was the name. What the heck. This man or company needs to be sue not us. He got all my name but did ask for my information. Does anyone know who he is?
