This number belongs to Westcom Credit Union, doesn't anyone ever answer their phone or call a number back? Must be some pretty low-lifes to have to live in fear like that. Such a shame.
I hate wescom, if i wasn't that close to paying off my car loan i would just refinance with another bank ever since my old credit union merged with wescom i have had nothing but problems right now I've been going through the same thing i went through a while back they misplace my payment for two months now they are threatening to repo my car and they don't even try to help you out they are just a bunch of mean people with attitudes i actually have a friend who works for wescom and they tell me how so many employees ripoff customer and they end up getting they're car repossessed due to the lack of investigation on their part..and not to mention the employee who took my information from their system and he use to harassing me i brought i up to wescom management attention and all they told me was sorry change your number they guy even took money from my account and they did nothing nor have they done anything.
Ed is one of the pieces of K-rap that work for Wescom Credit Union. I have found a great experience with Wescom evolved into a bad one and now horrible one. They claim to be YOUR bank! A credit union that you are apart of and have a voice in. Wescom has become another reason why banks are hated and customer service is a joke there.
I have begun recording conversations with these low life's just so I can better post the absurdities they say. So sad that every part of the banking industry seems to be an evil machine looking to destroy. Not that I expected anything more, but I am surprised HSBC and others are easier to work with than this morbid group of thieves.
