I never filled out anything either....you call random company's who may have had issues - even if they have been resolved - to solicit services - which are all scams!!!  I would not use a service like this and people should not either.  If you are in trouble - talk directly with an REAL IRS agent - they are more than willing to work with you.  These companies are scams...they wants $$$$$ up front to only shut down your business,  lie to you about what they can do, etc.  If you had money - wouldn't you just pay your tax bill??  SCAM!!!

Do not take calls from this company and block their phone number 714 701 6093, although they will call from 10-15 different phone lines.  Scam,scam,scam,scam, scam.  They buy your personal information from companies then sell your number and detail to other companies for profit.  It is a sham.  Do not accept their service.

Call the BBB, enter an AG complaint and call the FTC.  These guys are a bunch of scam artists that prey on others.

I got a call from this number and they left  a message staying that it was time sensitive to call them back on a criminal matter on behalf of some taxes they are a scam i use to get these kind of calls all the time i guess they are starting up again.
