Who called from 7147164280

Let it go to the answering machine, no message left.

Called @ 10:43am. It rang twice. I picked up, & said, "Hello," twice. They then just hung up. I'm blocking their number.

I constantly get calls from numbers beginning with 714 716-XXXX. If you answer, there's no response.

Let it go to VM. No message left though.
