There's always someone out of work.  Name a time when there WASN'T anyone out of work.  Yes, I agree he needs to stop whining.  I've been unemployed before, but I dig, get resumes and network and even go to day labor.  There's the military, they'll hire anybody with a diploma, gay, straight, bi, multi, untreated mental patients, racist, etc.  I think white people have been brought up to believe they are privileged.  The color of your skin has made you think you're above what others say & do, which is a fundamental freedom.  Yes, whining is a real word, real world.
