I've been unemployed before, but I dig, get resumes and network and even go to day labor. There's the military, they'll hire anybody with a diploma, gay, straight, bi, multi, untreated mental patients, racist, etc. I think white people have been brought up to believe they are privileged. The color of your skin has made you think you're above what others say & do, which is a fundamental freedom. Yes, whining is a real word, real world.
they said i was refusing to pay a bill. but i wasn't refusing.. i was trying to come up with some type of payment plan.. but seeing as how im unemployed i cant pay more than 20 or 30 bucks a month.. they said that that was not good enough and they were marking me as refusing to pay.. and would let me speak .. they were very very very rude... how do i handle that kind of crap. the bill is from January.. so its not that old. for them to be harassing me like this makes my blood boil
Tell the supposed scumbag debt collectors that "they are to immediately stop contacting you by any means (ie. phone, writning, facsimile or electronically) pursuant to "The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act." Send it in writing (I suggest via fax and get a confirmation print-out of same).
Advise them that any further communication from them will be considered harassment and will not be tolerated. Then insert the following phrase, "Please Be Governed Accordingly." Good luck, this should work to get them off your back.

Find employment and move out of your parents spare bedroom. It will do you good to get out into the world & pay bills and function normally.
