When I received a call from this number, the letters on the screen were not DBM, but DBH. Have no idea what or who they are or want, and did not pick up the phone.
The Hickam Federal Credit Union is on the island of Oahu.
NOT in California, where this call originated.
They offer loans to people on Oahu.

In ANY case, why did you come to a site that is primarily concerned with phone scams, to report your "good news"? Are you trying to shill for that phone number? Is somebody there pretending to be from HFCU?
(Being picked for a "special program" is somewhat suspicious, isn't it?)
Who is "DBM"?
It's a telemarketer that has called me continually. Excuse me for posting it. DBM is the company that called. It's on my caller id. Go take a chill pill. Don't be so combative.
