When I received a call from this number, the letters on the screen were not DBM, but DBH. Have no idea what or who they are or want, and did not pick up the phone.

However, your original post stated only:

That bare statement looks suspiciously like a "shill posting", advertising you were in the process of receiving a loan from a legitimate organization. It was not a question. It did not show you suspected something wrong. It was a statement that you were in the loan process.
And, you still did not tell us anything about "DBM", so we could get more information on that supposed telemarketer.
Remember: this is a site where "good news" posts are viewed with suspicion, because too many shillers try to use 800notes to validate their scammy phone numbers.
Other sites report a variety of sleazy mortgage and loan scams coming off this number and close numbers as to the last 4 digits. Could be located in India and the calls perhaps are being spoofed. I called the number and got nothing but a lot of electronic noise.

All I can find is a pretty sleazy strip mall. I'ts possible they are hiding out at a rented room at one of the businesses at this address.
