Robo-call for people over 62. Using lots of words but without directly saying it they were describing a reverse mortgage. I pressed 1 to talk. and heard "due to the overwhelming volume..." So I left my name and number.
I had robo-call about refinancing with same MO. Months later I gert a call back from a live person representing a nebulous Guardian Legal Group. I declined interest until she said I left a message on December 14. I looked it up on my telemarketing log and that was when the robo-call came. So I'll wait a couple of months to call them back and string them along until I learn the real company.
Got call back from Jessie Carlson(?) showing 949-446-8618. He described the FHA HECM program which is reverse mortgages. The number he gave for calling back is (800) 510-1109. A search led me to nfid.net displaying NATION FIRST INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INC. with that number. While it is an impressive looking website with 6 board of directors member the street address is listed as

It may be hard to sue them for robo-calling me while I am on the DNC list because the company is not registered in CA.
