Who called from 7147768893

have been getting these calls from 714 776 numbers for months. I block one and they call with another. No one is there when I answer and when I call back I just get a recording saying that the number has been disconnected or is not in service at this time. So frustrated. Verizon can't help unless I change my number. Reverse directory says these numbers are carried by AT&T. They will not help me because I am not a customer, and after talking to them, never will be. Anyone find out who this is that is calling. I have blocked 6 numbers so far. 714 776 8893 714 776-9035 714 776-8775 714 776-8653 714 776 9091 714-776-8529. Anyone have a solution?

I don't want to get the phone call anymore from this number.

Caller ID: UNKNOWN NAME  Machine answered and a male said hello then hung up after no response.  Loud call center background noise.

NEVER even heard the phone ring.  I think N***R*** may have gotten this one.
