Well I got a rude [***] calling and when I screen the call due to excessive bill collectors calling. I tell him well then yes since ur not a bill collector I get a I don't have time for this and hung up on. If they employ rude people to solicit money from people then the company is gonna go downhill. And then the supervisor is too busy trying to catch u in a lie. They are rude and I refuse to give my money to a company who doesn't talk to you like ur a human. I will make sure every place I can will know the company sucks at customer service!!!!
