Phone did not ring but they left the message;
"You just got a free ringless VM from me, Be one of the first people in N.America to cash in with Amazing marketing platform"

SCAM
Like someone would pay for this 'service' when they can turn their ringer off on their phone!
Or is this so Telemarketers can call you all day and fill your VM with junk w/o your phone even ringing?

We also got a  call from 714-461-0191 at the same time this message was left.

I'm guessing you didn't understand the message?  This is the new service the GOP is trying their best to be made legal.  That way they and everyone else will fill your voicemail up with trash that you will have to take the time to empty out several times a day.

Got a 1 ring and hang up from another number on my mobile and then voicemail from this one about "ringless voicemail."

1. That's not really "ringless" is it?
2. Super annoying
3. Blocked both numbers.

Again another call on my phone from 786-358-5286 only 1 ring
BUT THEN got a message left from 714-874-5965 about "You just got a free ringless VM"
