i got the same call from this guys. they are telling me that i will go to jail if i dont pay this cash advance loan that i got but when i told them i needed information on there company they said they are merchant gracie law office. they even gave me a case # and when told them how do i make a payment they told me that i have to go to walmart, 7-11 an use a green dot money pac card and that is the only way i can pay. they are using 31402690434 number too. i also got a call back from out of are 911 call and supposly it was the sheriff office wanting to verifiy my house address
Got a call about my third and final warning and that the police were coming to arrest me. Spoke with my next door neighbor who is a police officer and he said it is a scam. He also told me that if there was a warrant for my arrest that he would know about it because he would probably be the arressting officer.
I got a call from this number and they said that i take a payday loan from them & i have to pay them back
This all are scam peoples because i never took anypayday loan from any body.

I received a call from Scott Miller stating that I was going to be arrested for fraud and he asked me for my attorney's name. He read me my rights and told me to be prepared to go to jail tomorrow. I asked him to provide me with the information to verify that this was a valid case. The company called me from an Emergency Number on my cell phone tried to verify my home address. I informed them that i was going to report them for fraud and they insisted that they were a valid company.
yea these people keep calling me and i got all worried thinking i over looked it or something but looked back and never did and i keep calling them about it and they keep hanging up on me funny. i found this site and put me to ease. About all this the guy said i would be in jail for over a year and all this other [***] and i found another site that the fbi is looking into this scam. so yea dont be worried
