When you get his address in Pakistan, and you sue him, and get money, please let us know how it went.
You might have more luck with getting his GPS coordinates and sending a drone strike on his call center.

I got another call today from this so called "spoofed number". This person blocked caller id, it just said "unavailabe", really dum. That just tells me that your a scammer and sets off a red flag. This person or group of people seem to have a network of numbers to use as their business telephone. I sure hope they get caught doing this and get posted publicly.

This loser just called again on a Sunday afternoon. I told him to stop calling and that he's been calling and harassing me. I have reported him to police.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

I get occasional calls from this number. I am unable to block them but it is getting annoying. I just got another call right now.  I pick up the phone and say "hello" and no one is on the other line for about 8 sec.   Its just annoying and I don't understand the purpose for calling and not saying anything.  Do they collect information just from someone picking up the phone and repeatedly saying "hello" while there appears to be no one responding the other line?  Where do people find the time to this kind of crap? why don't they go and volunteer at a homeless shelter or something?  go make use of the precious time you have in this world and do something positive for a change.
