Someone has a phone list and dialer will names and it is used by those selling crap to senors, contractors trying to sell services, credit card frauds/services usi ng various state names , consumer svr, and unknown calr. The freeking govt doesnt do sh.t to stop this crap a d the non call list helps nothing. Too bad legislators cant do something except collect paycheck and give themselves raises.
