Have been receiving this call for months now.  When tele is answered a recording starts immediately, half way thru the message but it states "terms of condition ? cycle, this is your final notice concerning the financial stimulus."  Whew what a lie.  I guess I have received about 50 final notices now.  Telemarketing is one the worse thing that has been allowed.  One really gets tired of phone ringing even if you don't answer 'cause caller ID is identifying it's a telemarketer.
