This is a construction company telemarketer.  When I told the caller that I would be recording his call, he got very belligerent and kept asking me what I wanted.  I said, "You called me.  What is it that you want?"  However, he kept asking me what I wanted and he said, "Do you want to be on our Do Not Call list because you're not on it."  (By the way, I am on the national Do Not Call list but that means nothing to these guys).  I tried to tell him to tell me what he called for but he kept talking in a very defensive manner so I just said, "Don't call me again."  Then he hung up.  I'm sure that I've not heard the last of these guys.  They just call again under another number.  What an annoyance; and, unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about it except to change your phone number periodically.  You will get some relief from these con artists until the "robo calls" get around to your new number; and when the calls get numerous and annoying enough, you will need to change your phone number again.  Complaining to the phone company or the FCC results in nothing.  These charlatans resume business under new numbers.

By the way, this is a "spoofed" number.  It is a hidden number which will not allow you to contact or trace the caller.  Therefore, this caller is caller with intent to defraud.  Beware!  Tell them that you are recording their call and see what kind of response you get.

THESE "BOILER RM CALLER'S " ARE LEAVING US BATTY.... GET ON THE "NATIONAL REGISTRY" , LOG > HAVE CALLER ID > SO THAT IS A GOOD REFFERENCE /REPORT EVERYWHERE TO DISCREDIT THEM. NOW GUESS >>>WHAT THEY DO : "THEY TRY & PUNISH YOU /YES; THE BAD LITTLE CHILDREN" WILL CALL & SIT THERE & SAY NOTHING (POUT) THEN A PRE-RECORDED MESSAGE COMES ON TO SAY: GOOD-BY!  AS IF >>THEY MAY BE FILLING A TIME SLOT , BECAUSE IT IS A REPEATED, CYCLIC MESS!
