***A company must be licensed in their state as well as the one they are trying to collect in if two different states are involved.
Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

This PAS or Premium Asset Services say they do "judgment enforcement" and are located in Riverside California. In reality, of course they are debt collectors.

"This company has several offices, not just at the Fairview St location. They are also at 1820 E Garry Ave #107, Santa Ana, CA 92705 and “Worldwide Asset Recoveries LLC” is at 2641 Hamner ave #209 Norco Ca. They have another office in Huntington Beach as well. All scam offices ran by James Trent."
Apparently Trent's employees are considered independent contractors. So their compensation is based on their own individual performance, they don't get a salary per se. Which explains a lot of the rudeness and law violations that occur with these companies.

I received a call from 714-929-2629 stating they were calling RE legal action on a place that I RENT along with the past address I moved from they had the street address right, however, completely wrong state.
The number they left to call for James Evans 714-380-5383 was for a Jeb Price. When I called the original number that called me a James answered.
They call my work, my cell, my sister's landline. However, I have received NOTHING in writing in the mail. And both residents they are calling about legal action are places I rented and the last address has been sold.
