Who called from 7149354725

Called 6pm, didn't leave a message. Blocked

1. First clue of spam call- Caller ID showed "out of area" on a local number.
2. I called back with *67 in front of 1-714-935-4725 to hide my number and got recording for a disconnected number.
3. Pressed "Call Block" on my phone.

Picked up. Nothing but silence. I waited for about 20 sec, then the other side hung up. Another scam.

Picked up, no answer.  says from Orange, Ca.   Texted them to stop calling and take me off their list.

They called, did not recognize number, NO CALLER ID,did not answer.
HOW CAN STOP THESE CALLS FROM COMING IN??? The Do Not Call Registry is a joke and doesn't work!!!!!
There SHOULD BE LAWS for these TELEMARKETERS!!! This is NOT OK!!!!
