Laws don't stop crooks and the list repels what it was meant to--legitimate telemarketing only. Not con artists, which should indicate that's who you're dealing with if you're on the list. If you can do it, let unknown numbers ring straight through with no kind of answer. That's how I stopped all the junk calls I was getting.
