aller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area" which probably means telemarketer/scammer every legitimate caller I know leaves a message. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Placentia, California using 3 service providers of Verizon Business, MCI Metro ATS Inc. and MCI Worldcom Communications Inc.-CA. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing numbers and/or using a Voip system while phishing for personal information and running some scam ( i.e. Policemans Association Charity, Law Enforcement Foundation etc. ). A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.
