09/02/16 @1:50pm - rec'd a call from - caller ID stated 714-986-1220, said his name was Donovan with Providence, asked to speak to the owner (asked for him by his first name, as if he knew him). I stated that the owner was not in, may I take a message. He said his name again & who he was with, and said his call back number was 714-985-1220, .... which was different than what caller ID stated.
This call is always from a man named, Norman. He is calling our company and the owner has more than once told his (not so nicely) to quit calling, they did for awhile. Well now he is back, he called and I put him on hold and he held for a long time, he hung up and has now called back 5 times!!! He won't stop
Call from Robert with Providence wanting to speak to our CEO. I told him he wasn't available and he gave me his direct # 714-985-6244 for him to call back. Asked what a good email address would be for him to send him over the details of some funding he is approved for and I told him I could not verify that. Then asked if there was a better time to call him and I said no but I would give him the message he called....but we get these types of calls for him all the time and we know they are a bit shady.
