Looking back at their history here on 800 NOTES, they seem to have a bizarre and random.
Have blocked their future calls. After blocking them, I called back and a recorded message said Lobel Financial.
Have no idea who these folks are but they are blocked forever.
Persistent pains in the rears. Called and asked for a former employee, then wanted all MY information - while refusing to ID himself. NOPE. Told him as much, he hung up, and then called back FOUR times back to back.
