Who called from 7154962019

I read that it's a scam call regarding "National Insurance programs". I'm assuming they mean health care insurance, but am not certain. Doesn't really matter.

I received a call from this number today, but it disconnected after 3 rings. I read on "Mr Number" that it's an "Urgent call regarding National Insurance Programs". Sounds like B.S. to me.

This number called my cell today, but I did not answer, and the caller left no message. Nuisance call.
