Some woman left me a voicemail saying that someone filed a civil complaint against me. She left a docket number and said "Call me back at 716-207-7440". Never left her name, the name of the company, used my maiden name (I've been married for years)...no other information.
lady called from this number and gave a docket number from my county, and stated i had been served. i called the county court house and our counties docket numbers are nothing like what she gave me. her name was amber. said she was with richmond aqisitions.
Please stop these calls as it does nothing but make me ill and cause pank among my family members. I would say if you can not produce the signature for the loan,(which I did not take out I have not worked since 2006) nor would I use a dead man for a reference or my other x husband and my daughter, as well I had no bank account at the time. Nice try quit harassing me.
