Whether or not your debt collection company you cannot no matter who it is make false statements claiming that you're going to call the police because a person is calling back to find out why they keep calling your phone number year after year after year to reach someone who they have been told on numerous occasions is not the person they're calling these people were very rude I return calls to them on numerous occasions they do not give their business name just the phone number that comes through on the color ID if I had known the business damn I would've filed this complaint with the Federal Trade Commission like I said to them I would The only thing I can do the Federal Trade Commission was file a complaint against the phone number just as I am doing right here and I will continue to file complaints against his company due to the fact that they are completely unprofessional make false claims of what they can or cannot do and deservedly are going to be reported by people more and more
This company called me for someone named amber brinkman then posted my number with a fake cat ad in craigslist after making false statements to call the police and file harassment charges this is a collection agency with criminal liability for braking ftc rules and regulations regarding collection process
