multiple calls from this number.  Please stop

I get calls from this Number & they just Hang Up. When I call the Number back, it says thanks for calling and press 1 if you want to Opp-Out of Future calls. So, I Opp-out and they just keep calling. I do not know who or what anyone from New York wants from me.

This number just calling me today, but I could not understand what he said, then I told him please do not call me again.  Hope he doesn't call me again, waste my time!

Called back the number saying it will take 2-3 days for output but still called for past few weeks several times a day

Does anyone know who this is?
