Who called from 7166332214

I answered the phone and I said hello and the caller he also said "HELLO" in a voice trying to mimic and women then hung up the phone.

I received a call at 1305 Thursday 9 Oct. I asked to take a message and he hung up. Sounded Indian,

Got a call at 11:25 pacific time on 10/9/14.  Heavy Indian accent.  I said that no one by "my name" lived at this number.  I've gotten at least ten calls from various random numbers over the last two weeks that have been from some kind of call center.  What's up with that?
