Who called from 7162419086

I am in Mississippi.  Missed call on cell phone but no message left.
I called back from a business land line.  Message says it is a reward redemption center and I won a $100 gift card because I visited an "affiliated website".  Then it wanted me to push 1 to redeem my gift card, blah, blah, blah.

I received this call January 7th. I live in Illinois. Just called and left no message,I do not answer If I don't recognize the number. My caller ID said Gowanda NY.

Received call from this number. Tried to call back and got nothing, no ringing no message just dead silence. Also from Buffalo area???

just received one here..same thing

Got call, just a click on my cell phone, no ring or anything..  I am in same area code, so I checked.  Gowanda NY, just up the road from me.????
