Yes. the alleged Gowanda, NY calls are back!  

Calls from that telephone number were pretty common last year, but then it quieted down.  

Recently, received cellphone call (in Philadelphia area) with no message left.  Obviously, a scam.

I'm in the Philadelphia area and received a hangup from this number as well.

Um, glad I saw all you folks got call from this number, too; now I know it's just an automatic dialer, if it rings but no agents are available to get the call 'cause they've all got a fish already, it just hangs up. They don't usually have any kind of message to leave, that's a whole 'nother level of annoying. Thanks for all your input! Stopped my wondering!

They identified themselves to my client as "North American Holdings".  Documents have been submitted to their office linked to his name and SSN.

THEY CALLED TO INDICATE THAT I WON A $100 gift card and $50 dining gift certificate if only i pay for shipping and handling.
