Just received a call from "Mr. Hart" claiming to be from Evenofied (something) Group.  Supposedly there is an account in my husband's name from the Emerald Group and they need to speak with him or they will be taking him to court.  This number cannot be found on any internet database and when it comes up on caller ID it shows up as Unavailable and the phone number.  I have been told that any real collection agency will have their business name show up on caller ID...not to mention wouldn't have divulged that information without speaking to my husband first....
