Claims to be law firm representing Publishers Clearing House, and that you won $500,000 2nd place prize.  Asks when you will be home.  Prays on the elderly.  Total scam. The real PCH never calls in advance.  See http://info.pch.com/consumer-information/fraud-protection .

And usually the fakes call from Jamaica, so this is a bit different---but it's still a scam.
