Someone called my supervisor stating that I was being served with papers at my job. I informed him not to contact me at work or at home. He is harrassing me, and I do not know what it's even about. He gave me a fake name and a fake docket number
Yea, lol! He's called my job twice and left a message for my supervisor! Ha.... don't worry about this clown. He's paid to use "scare" tactics. Laugh at him, there's NOTHING he can do to you. TRUST ME! If it's bothering you, talk to your HR manager. They'll put a stop to it. Lol... he called my front desk and asked for my supervisor, he left her a message. Guess what she did... she LAUGHED HER [***] OFF! He even called her on 3 way and left the message while I was on the phone. Ha... he gave us a GREAT laugh! Don't let this piece of low life [***] scare you hon. GO have yourself a drink! And whatever they're saying you owe... WHO CARES! DON'T PAY IT! LOL... THEY SHOULD'NT HAVE GIVEN YOU THE MONEY! THEIR BAD! HAAAA! JOKES ON THEM! HAVE AN AWESOME DAY HON! By the way... they will NOT come to your job. They're NOT that brave! Lol....
I have asked them numerous times to not call me at work. they refuse to take my home number and call me after words. They are threatening to call my President of the company I work for. and my HR department they have called and they transfered her to my supervisor, who has asked me not to have them call here any longer. however I am not able to get them to stop calling me.

Joseph Kennedy literally mandated paperwork to be served against me at my place of employment and it nearly cost me my job. This was so utterly embarrassing to have done to me at my job place. All I had asked him when he called me was if I could call him back and got to work the next day to find process servers in the front lobby of my office waiting to serve court papers. Regret not resolving this earlier
Joesph Kennedy called my immediate supervisor, hung up on me several times, called me with a three way call of him calling the president of my corporation. He is a low life scum bag. He said that he would put my job in jeopardy. I'm a single mom ... it scared the crap out of me.
