Too bad, your "company" doesn't leave a message.  This hardly seems legit. Plus the same number call my cell and my land line at the exact same time.

I agree
Same thing on my caller ID "Concerned"...makes me not want to answer the call.  Most professionals will leave a message if it's truly legit.

Yes, the media follows the debt as well, in some situations you have to pay anywhere from $12.50-$50.00 per piece of media. On some occasions it is included in the price of the overall portfolio. Anyone who works for our company must be a  certified mediation certificate holder. Not only since we accept/purchase pre-qualified mediation obligations based on demographics but for the sense of acquiring certain skill sets and qualifications we seek. Overall it means a more positive and friendly conversation we issue the bottom line and then send documentation supporting the bottom line and the decision to accept that mediation offer is documented Yes or No and is left to the consumer.

I totally understand that during the life or your obligation there is a certain stigma or generalization associated with the collector on the other End of the phone BUT we are the exact opposite.  I'm sure you may have had a not so pleasant conversation. That is not the case here.

As far as the Caller ID Saying the Name of the Business which in this case contains part of the owners name It blows my mind how this company totally transparent and people still have an issue with the Caller ID Matching name of the company, makes me laugh comical to say the least. That what you look for or for example :

You call customer service for "Credit Card" and someone thousands of miles away in INDIA answers the phone and happens to call you back because the call got disconnected there Caller ID totally false "spoofed" their location is not even domestic (within the us). The place where you mail your credit card payment is not the same place you talk to a rep for your credit card company. Does this mean they are a scam NO!

All i am asking is for are honest post in reference to this company, other websites have us ranked as a "safe call" and have over 48 customers giving us a thumbs up as well.

there is No law that says you have to leave a message either, if we chose not to leave a msg that is @ the discretion of the caller.

If you wan to know why were calling just answer or call back very simple. I can assure a very straight forward honest resolve will be presented and all documentation will be issued before resolve is taken from any and all customers we help.

I'm wondering what type of certifications your web people hold

In another thread regarding this outfit, the caller's website was ID'ed as

Many of the same exact names (with the exception of DP Morgan) and clip art appear here

If  you want to considered as "straight forward and honest", then why won't you give us the legal name, website, physical address, BBB page, reference where you are classified as a safe caller, and your state(s) of registration?  Also since you are a "law firm" that means that you are attorneys, so your BAR numbers and state of registration as well.  I am sure you won't give me any of that, as I am sure you will talk all around me.  Just as I am sure why you are here.
