This collection agency has not sent me a statement saying that was clear off my debt with the Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati Ohio. Now,  that you have taken the money out of my debit card you have not done what you said you would do. You were supposed to send a statement that would clear me so I could open another account with another bank. I've called the bank to see if I was clear but I found that I was not. And the number that you put out for people to call you can't even respond to anyone. What a bunch of boneheads. You oughta be ashamed of yourself taking peoples money when people are struggling  in trying to pay their debts.
