this is the number that came up on my caller id.  the message on my machine was to call back at a toll free number (i only got 1-877).  this person never identified himself or where he was calling from.  he also never asked to speak with any certain person.  the message was they had 48 hours to settle something?  for noncompliance of something?  i won't return this call.  they called again the next day and  i answered the phone.  a very rude man said something like "press (some key on my phone) i need to speak to you directly.  i said who is this? he said the same thing.  i said who do you want to speak to? he said the same thing again. i hung up, waiting for tomorrow's call.  is this a scam?
