Both my mom and me received calls from this number in regards to my sister in law. The lady left a vm with a claim number, saying she was trying to reach my SIL or her attorney regarding her claim. I called back because I was curious, got ahold of the lady, and she said that my SIL was wanted for check fraud and they had been trying to reach her and she was non-responsive. I told my BIL about it and he called in today and they hung up on him. I believe the company name was PCS & Associates.
One last thing about these calls; the person that left me the msg and that I spoke to was Michelle Walker, with PCS & Associates. She gave me the call back number of 716-254-4366, but when I called, I got a voicemail for a different lady, but I then called the main line at 716-768-5527 and a receptionist answered and I asked for Michelle and they put me through to her. She is the one who said my SIL was wanted for check fraud. When I told her that I don't speak with my SIL, she said she would take note of that and apologized for the call. I thought it was legit until I told my brother and he called and got hung up on and then I saw these posts. They didn't ask me for any of my information, so what are they trying to accomplish?
This person by the name of Barbara Mack called me at my employment. Barbara is definitely a man. Trying to collect a payment for something that I paid off 2 years ago. I told him I can provide him with the proof that it was paid off and he still continued to tell me if I did not make a payment in 2 days they will file suit. I told him to file away.
