Person calling left a message on my voice mail. It was a man's voice with a strange accent, almost electronic but not quite. He identified himself as Office Jason Clark from Tax Crime Investigation of the IRS badge number 16108. He instructed me or my attorney to call back immediately. If I don't call he wishes me best of luck as the issue unfolds.

As soon as ""she"" asked for ,money, RUN AWAY!! This sounds like the "romance scam" where you will be asked for more & more money for all kinds of reasons. There is a good chance the poster is actually MALE & in an internet café with free Wi-Fi (since you mentioned Kenya).
