Male caller with "NY" accent rushed through his name but mentioned IRS fraud with social security #. Needed a statement from me. I think it was a phishing call. If I had a disposable cell phone, I'd call back with a very long-winded crazy statement that totally wastes his time.
I called this number and a Mark Lavin answered. He said I owed a kay jewlers debt. I was told he was gonna file a judgement against me. he gave me 2 options. either pay 1240.22 today or let him blow me. i let him, now i am debt free
Mark Lavin threatened me also. I went to the Dade County Sherriff and they said it's not the first time they heard his name. he's a scum debt collector. they are on it they said. I guess if you get so many complaints they come down on them. can't wait
There have been reports of Mark Lavin calling people. I want to ask people to refrain from giving this guy the advantage of knowing we're on to him. we are investigating the few incidents. thank you
