Received a VM from this number stating a woman's name and title of "investigator" from Department of Leagal Services. Calims paperwork arrived at their "firm" this morning from "my" bank and a pending lawsuit. Request that I return her call to "settle out" and for her to take a voluntary statement from me.
Researched for Department of Leagal Services, and could find nothing in regards to anything other than legal help over the internet.
Not sure who they are, but they can contact me in writing by mail. Have had several strange phone calls trying to collect on debt that I do not have.
Any past debt I did have, they surely did not call me to let me know they had a pending lawsuit against me.
This clown shoe called me and told me i would have a court summons sent to me if i didnt pay the debt, i kept asking her questions about the debt and she kept avoiding them. Guess we will wait and see. Didnt sound legit at all.
