I got roped into this because I had a charge for $92 in my account was listed under now look, a company that does not exist! my bank, Google and the Visa company cannot find any information on it.when I call the number it says it is not set up to receive incoming calls. I read that it might be a collection agency I have no collections on my credit report for that amount so now I have to go jump through hoops to try to get my money back!!!! I am definitely reporting this!!!!
Holy crap! I have been experiencing the same thing with them! Threats to summon me at home and work, very stern and voice mail was not clear, choppy and sounded like feedback. I looked up everything with the court, nothing there. I looked up on my credit reports, nothing there...just says written off July 2011 balance of $66! I feel so uncomfortable about the whole thing! Thank you all for this info. I am def taking this further!
I received the same phone call as the above referenced. Upon a personal online investigation I discovered this company is under investigation by a few states. Ignore this call if you receive it.

So with reading these messages I feel much better now I researched this company Abrams, Scott & Associates. So I got a call on Jan 16th 2014 from Abrams, Scott & Associates stating that I owed a debt quit a few year ago. The funny thing is I never got a letter about no settlement. So I called them back & Mr. Morgan told me that they are going to seek what is legally owed. The total amount he says that I owe is over $1,100 bucks with interest included. Mr. Morgan gave a an account number to deposit money into to make the payment & get this resolved with a settlement agreement. He stated to me that his firm is licensed in like 47 of the 50 states & that they fly their attorneys to any state that they are licensed in to seek money. I was going to make the $150.00 dollar payment today to stop any legal action, but now reading multiple post about this firm I'm not going to make any payment.
I received a call from this number this morning. I let it go to voicemail. I found out they are a scam comany I am not wasting my time calling back these people.
mr Morgan is off his rockers I called him out on his scam and he starts getting offensive towards me tells me he gonna contact the local authorities on me went as far as spoofing my local counties office number to have me think that the law was coming after me and I know that they don't call out on that number what a [***] joke
