I received a voice mail from a Richard Leese (?) at NRGS concerning a mediation or they are going to serve me papers. I believe that this same group has tried to contact me (and my parents) from: 716-844-5987 & 716-980-4250. I have no outstanding debts that have been defaulted on and am leery to call them back, as NRG Associates and Northern Resolution Group have been identified as scammers on other sites.

this number 7168445983 Adam Rose, and Richard Gleason claim to represent NRG Assets in Amhurst, NY. the address and company Did pan out. They are/say to be a collection service/agency. Did wish to arrange a payment , or less than owed' settlement. in payments. They did have an address from my past, relevant to an actual debt from Years past. I will see how this moves forward.....
This Richard Gleason has been calling my phone as well as other associates and family members, acting as if he is an attorney trying to handle a legal matter with me...he calls from 716-332-7009. I asked him why didn't I receive some info in the mail, he asks me to give him my address, I stated you should have that on file if I owe anything to your company, he just kept saying it's a legal matter and he wanted to be sure it was me before he would send this info to the local clerk in my area for civil matter. Also within the same breath can we take care of a bill by credit card, have yet to say who is the business I owe but just I owe over a grand. Eeerrgghhh send me something by mail so I can have my attorney look at it, he got real nervous and said we can handle it w/o me wasting excess money. I told him have a good day and do NOT contact me or anyone else in regards to me, I have an address, mail it.
