Who called from 7163328596

just got a call on my corporate cell number and i did not answer .
I called back series of mail boxes /.???????????

I wonder if we all began to call COLLECT to this number if the phone companies involved would shut them off?!  Then we could read them their Miranda Reitz, especially the part to remain silent.

I got a call today and said that won a trip, go to woodbridge office to collect it and manager will call you. But think that is a scam.

RECEIVED CALL FROM THIS NUMBER BUT DIDN'T ANSWER

Got a call from this number on my cell.  Same deal as previous reports.  I apparently filled out a ballot (really?) but they couldn't tell me my name.  That's when I hung up.  Has anyone tried to register on the US do not call registry?
