I have received two calls from this number and a Michelle Scanlin? leaving me voicemails about me needing to call them to place a voluntary statement for their client and to confirm my address.  

Funny thing is that when I call back I get error, "this call did not go through" types of messages.

this is probably some rogue or scam debt collector.
